Everyone knows there's no place like home! SnuggleBug is an animal welfare organization that operates solely on private donations and volunteer efforts. A non-profit with 501(c)3 tax-exempt status, we are dedicated to finding loving homes for animals that would otherwise have very little chance for survival. Our mission is to connect people and pets for a lifetime commitment. Selected primarily from over-taxed shelters and owner surrenders in the Tennessee area, our foster "parents" bring these animals into their homes where they are lovingly cared for, rehabilitated, socialized and carefully placed in loving homes with compatible people who are willing to be guardians, friends, and family forever.

To help ensure the best possible match for the adopter and the new family member, we work with adopters to help ease the introduction and adjustment of the new companion animal to the home. Remember, each animal has unique characteristics and specific needs and our volunteers are valuable resources during the adoption process.

Each weekend we hold adoption events at a satellite facility or animal-friendly businesses. Through these, online searches, and positive word-of-mouth, we have been able to place a great many animals during our short existence and look forward to continuing our successful efforts.
